My perfect vacation is the Gold Cost because it has a lot of beaches and fun stuff. It is in Queensland, Australia. I would like to go there because it is a nice place. They have a lot of amusement parks there.

My perfect vacation would be for my family and to go to Disneyland. Next to Fiji, Germany, Greece and Korea. We would stay for three weeks at every place. We would go on an aeroplane, first class. It would be a perfect vacation and it would be fun too.

My perfect vacation is going to Forster, a three hour drive away. Forster is my favourite place. My family goes there every Saturday and Sunday, to do Nippers and tennis. It is magical at Forster.

DeleteWe here in Germany feel very much honoured, dear Verity, that one of your favourite vacation countries is our country. Although you certainly have not been here, you are completely right. Germany is a very nice place to be for holidays. we have a nice coastal area in the north, however much colder waters than at your place, we have large mountainous areas with huge green woods and we have the Alps mountains in the south with snow (and skiing) the whole year long. We do not have these dry regions like you in Australia, the country is green all over the year. We have stronger winters than you with down to -20°C sometimes, but the summer is more moderate, we never have +40 °C like you this hot summer in Sydney.

ReplyDeleteWonderful writing everyone - well done. Our holidays in England are great fun - riding the horses and exploring all the gardens in Richmond Park. Richmond Park is where Liam's grandparents live. This park is owned by the Queen and they lease the place from her. They are lucky as they have stables for the horses to live and they get to ride them around Richmond Park. They also have chickens, fish, dogs and cats as well. I can't wait until we visit again.
