Thank you for your comment on our blog post about our information text about airports. We really enjoyed making the book.
We think it's great that Conor, Mrs J's grandson is there to visit you. We hadn't heard of soccer before until Mr Slater (our teacher) explained that it was another word for football. We bet that's what Conor called it, as it's what it's called in the UK. Soccer seems to be used a lot by other countries where they have other sports called football, like Australia and the USA.
We wonder what it's like having Christmas in the summer, like it is now in Australia. Over here it is winter - it's still not cold and snowy (yet!) but it is very wet and windy and the days are quite short. Do you still have turkey and Christmas pudding?
Anyway, have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year and we'll speak to you again in 2014.
