Things that could be better in my neighbourhood would be that it could be less noisy and that it could have a local store near our house.
Another thing is that there would be less people speeding.

The things that could be better in my neighbourhood are when the man down stairs smokes and leaves his door open it causes pollution. Another thing is that there is a big slab of concrete that could be turned into a big hot spa with a waiter who brings you fruit and cocktails. The cars in my neighbourhood are really fast and annoying so they should put up speed cameras and traffic lights. I like my neighbourhood.

Wow Verity you have amazing idea's. I totally agree (nodding my head as I type) - that slab of concrete could definitely be 'turned into' a hot spa, complete with a waiter. We will have to talk to Pa Pou about that :-) Maybe the waiter could do some house work as well :-)

ReplyDeleteThis is your uncle and aunt Eckhard and Mareile from Germany who regulary read all the comments on the blog. We well understand Your comments on smoking and driving too fast in Your neighbourhood. That`s very similar to the behaviour in our neighbourhood in Bad Honnef, Germany. Concerning Your ideas of a spa, I fully agree to your ideas. (If I could mention a wish for the cocktails, my favourite is Caipirinha from Brazil. But this is with white rum, unfortunately nothing for kids).
By the way, we here in our street have a very good established neighbourhood, we take care of each other when it comes to holiday leaves, make neighbourhood watch against burglars and also do have partys together to sozialize.
