How a Butterfly
Grows
A butterfly is
an insect.
The female
butterfly grows eggs in her body so she finds a leaf or a stem of a plant.
When she
finds a plant she puts sticky glue and attatches it on the plant.
A few weeks
later the egg hatchers and becomes a caterpillar.
It starts to
eat the leaf.
When it is
older its old skin is too small so it grows a new skin underneath the old skin.
Six weeks
later the caterpillar spins a cocoon.
After that
it comes out as a butterfly with its new wings.
Butterflies
are fabulous insects.
